Personalized Items
Because our products are custom-made (such as engraved or personalized tags), we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund once the problem is verified.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have started and cancellation may not be possible.
