Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Handling time would be 1-2 days. Actual USPS/Fedex/UPS shipping time would be 2-5 days. Total lead time would be 2-7 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
We are committed to ship your order ASAP targeting 5 days delivery.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery

We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required! This applies to all orders within the United States.

International shipping fees may still apply for destinations outside the U.S.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the item is shipped.
4. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Mio Crafts is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
6. Customs and Duties (for International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Mio Crafts is not responsible for delays due to customs.
